Gdansk’s strategic location on the Baltic coast has throughout the centuries helped it flourish both architecturally and culturally. Many foreign and home grown influences have left their mark and even though much of the city was left in rubble at the end of the second world war, Gdansk today is once more poised to be at the centre of European culture. Note: Multi-centre city breaks to incorporate all three cities are possible.

Hotel Hanza
|
The Hotel Hanza is attractively situated along the waterfront near the Gdansk Crane and is unquestionably one of the city’s finest hostelries. With just a tad over 60 rooms, the Hanza’s converted merchant house exterior has been carefully restored with an elegant interior that is very much a case of modern, colourful design complimented by stylish furnishings.

Holiday Inn Gdansk |
Very well situated for a newly built hotel, the Holiday Inn Gdansk is but a short walk from the Old Town. While not exactly full of character, the service and standard of accommodation are every bit as good as you would expect of a Holiday Inn, and you could safely say that no other property in the city can match the wide range of facilities found here.

Novotel Centrum |
A rather standard Novotel but none the less it is dependable when it comes to service and facilities and a decent location close to the Old Town to boot. Rooms may be lacking in imagination when it comes to décor but made up for in space and with certain rooms enjoying views across to the Old Town.
