Day 1. Fly from the UK to Warsaw. Transfer to the 5 star Radisson Blu Hotel where you will overnight, then meet the guide and the rest of your group for the welcome dinner. D
Day 2. After breakfast there is a city tour of Warsaw including the Royal Route with all its famous statues, buildings and churches, Lazienki Park with its famous palace, Chopin’s Monument and the Old Town Area. In the afternoon you drive to the Tri-City of Gdansk, Sopot and Gdynia. Tonight you stay in the newly renovated 4 star Scandic Hotel in Gdansk. B
Day 3. Breakfast and then a city tour of Tri-City including the Oliwa Cathedral with a concert played on the Rococo organ and a walk along the pier in Sopot. Also included is a tour of Gdynia and the harbour. Overnight in Gdansk once more. B
Day 4. Once you have breakfasted you depart for Poznan. En route there are visits to the Teutonic Knights’ Castle in Malbork and to Torun, where you will visit the Old Town. Continue to Poznan and the 4 star Hotel Andersia. Overnight in Poznan. B
Day 5. Breakfast and then a city tour of Poznan including the Old Market Square and the 13th century Town Hall. Continue to Wroclaw and in the afternoon visit Ostrow Tumski (the oldest part of Wroclaw), the Old Town and the University. Overnight in Wroclaw at the 4 star Scandic Hotel. B
Day 6. After breakfast you departure for Czestochowa and a visit to Jasna Gora Monastery with the miraculous Black Madonna Shrine. Then you drive to Auschwitz-Birkenau and visit the former Nazi concentration camp. Afterwards, continue to Krakow and the 4 star Hotel Kossak where you will overnight in Krakow. B
Day 7. Breakfast at your hotel, and then set off for a city tour of Krakow including the Wawel Castle with the Royal Cathedral, the Old Town with the Main Market Square, St Mary’s Church, the Barbican and Florianski Gate. In the afternoon you visit the unique and UNESCO protected Wieliczka Salt Mines. Overnight in Krakow. B
Day 8. Breakfast and then transfer to Krakow airport. Fly from Krakow to the UK. B
